The YA series vibrating screen is manufactured by our company using advanced foreign technology. It features a frame structure with ring-groove rivet cold riveting connection and a vibrator with large clearance shaft bearings lubricated with thin oil. The ring-groove rivet cold riveting connection enhances the machine's strength and durability, while the use of thin oil lubrication significantly extends the bearing lifespan, saving users on operating costs.

Working Principle:

The YA series circular vibrating screen is supported on spring seats, with the motor driving the vibrator's pulley and eccentric shaft on the machine body via a V-belt at a certain speed. The rotation of the eccentric shaft, pulley, and eccentric blocks on it generates significant exciting force, causing the screen box to move in an approximate circular motion with large amplitude. Materials on the screen surface are thrown and sifted under the influence of the screen inclination, achieving efficient screening. Therefore, the YA series circular vibrating screen can also be used for dewatering, desliming, and de-intermediation tasks.
