XHT3065 Integrated Sand Washing & Recycling Machine All-in-One Sand Making Machine

 

Product Introduction:

The sand washing and recycling integrated machine combines water washing, fine sand dewatering, and recovery into one unit, hence also known as a sand washing and recycling unit, fine sand recovery and dewatering integrated machine, or mud-sand water washing separation equipment. This machine cleverly integrates the fine sand recovery machine with the sand washer, featuring a compact and cost-effective design compared to investing in two separate units.


Working Principle:

The sand-water mixture enters the cleaning tank, where the impeller separator separates the components. It then proceeds to the lower dewatering screen for dewatering. The overflow water from the cleaning tank (containing a significant amount of fine sand, mud, dust, and impurities) is pumped by a vacuum high-pressure pump to a high-pressure separator. The concentrated fine sand after centrifugal grading is discharged through the sand settling nozzle onto the upper layer of the dewatering screen. The waste water, mud, dust, and impurities in the cleaning tank are discharged through the overflow outlet of the high-pressure separator into the high-level return water tank and then out. The upper layer yields coarse sand, the lower layer produces fine sand, or a mix of coarse and fine sand (adjustable as per requirements).

Overall, the wheel sand washer operates on the principle of using the rotating impeller to scrub and clean the material by creating friction and agitation, ultimately separating impurities and contaminants from the sand or crushed ores.

The sand washing and recycling dewatering integrated machine is mainly divided into the sand washing section and the fine sand recovery section. The sand washing section performs functions similar to a typical wheel-type sand washer, used for washing, dewatering, and desliming. The recovery section can be customized based on customer needs. For fine sand recovery, a standard fine sand recovery system can be connected, while for fine sand dewatering recovery, a dewatering type fine sand recovery machine can be linked. Different sand output requirements can be met by configuring multi-layer dewatering screens.
